Founder + President

As President of Craig Solutions, Cody Craig brings more than two decades of experience serving businesses, non-profit organizations, government entities, and political campaigns. His passion for helping others succeed, combined with his strategic mindset and extensive leadership experience, allows him to guide clients through complex challenges with practical, results-driven solutions.

Cody's career has spanned the funeral service industry, nonprofit and religious leadership, public education advocacy, campaign management, insurance, and business consulting. His experience as a local elected official and former employee of the Texas House of Representatives has provided him with valuable insight into government relations, public policy, and strategic advocacy. This diverse background enables him to identify opportunities, navigate challenges, and connect clients with the right solutions to achieve their goals.

Craig Solutions was founded as a natural extension of Cody's commitment to serving others. By building a team of experienced professionals with diverse expertise, he has created a firm dedicated to helping organizations strengthen their operations, expand their impact, and achieve long-term success.

When not working on work projects, Cody enjoys bi-vocational ministry, being outdoors, traveling, cooking, and he serves on multiple non-profit boards.

Consultant

As a Consultant at Craig Solutions, Rebekah Craig combines her background in education with a passion for helping organizations, families, and communities thrive. Her attention to detail, collaborative approach, and ability to develop thoughtful strategies make her a valuable resource for clients across a variety of industries.

Before joining Craig Solutions, Rebekah served as a career educator in the Texas public school system. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from LeTourneau University. Today, she provides advocacy and consulting services for students, parents, and educators in both public and private educational settings. She also supports clients through policy development, public relations strategies, promotional design, and political campaign consulting.

Known for her organization, creativity, and genuine desire to help others succeed, Rebekah is committed to providing practical solutions that make a lasting impact for every client she serves.

Outside of the office, Rebekah enjoys spending time with her family, seeing new places, and visiting her home away from home, Red River, NM. She also enjoys reading, the occasional mahjong game with close friends, and participating in local community theatre. She currently serves on the board of two local community organizations.

Director of Growth

As the Director of Growth at Craig Solutions, Troy Martin is passionate about helping businesses grow through strategic planning, strong relationships, and practical solutions. With experience in operations, marketing, project management, and business development, he works closely with clients to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and build long-term success.

Troy believes every business has a unique story to tell. His approach is centered on understanding each client's goals and creating strategies that are tailored, effective, and results-driven. Troy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Oklahoma State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Rogers State University. 

Known for his hands-on leadership style and attention to detail, Troy values integrity, communication, and follow-through in every client relationship. He takes pride in helping organizations navigate growth, strengthen their brand, and position themselves for the future.

Outside of work, Troy has spent years performing, directing, and producing productions for local community theatres. He also enjoys volunteering throughout East Texas and embraces the values of hard work, service, and community that define the region.

Director of Project Management

As Director of Project Management at Craig Solutions, Justin Davis brings a unique blend of agricultural expertise, business leadership, and entrepreneurial thinking to every client engagement. His practical approach to problem-solving and project execution allows him to guide organizations through challenges while delivering efficient, measurable results.

Justin earned both his bachelor's degree in Agricultural Journalism and his master's degree in Agriculture from Texas A&M University. Before joining Craig Solutions, he spent several years managing large-scale operations in the poultry, cattle, and construction industries while simultaneously operating his own agricultural businesses. This hands-on experience gives him a well-rounded understanding of project management, operations, and strategic planning across a variety of industries.

Known for his strong work ethic and solutions-oriented mindset, Justin enjoys helping businesses develop effective marketing strategies, streamline operations, and achieve sustainable growth. Whether working with agricultural enterprises, small businesses, or corporate organizations, he is committed to helping clients succeed from the pasture to the boardroom.

When not working, Justin enjoys being outdoors playing tennis, hunting, and fishing. He also takes time to work on projects on his family farm.

Director of Client Engagement 

As Director of Client Engagement at Craig Solutions, Kelley Townsend is dedicated to building meaningful relationships, creating strategic partnerships, and helping clients achieve lasting success. With more than 25 years of experience in business, workforce development, and education, she brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to every project and client interaction.

Kelley earned both her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Management from Texas A&M University–Commerce and completed doctoral coursework in Higher Educational Leadership. She is also a licensed general-lines insurance agent, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.

Throughout her career, Kelley has worked with businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations to develop innovative solutions, strengthen partnerships, and create opportunities for growth. Her ability to connect people, communicate effectively, and turn ideas into action has made her a trusted leader and advocate throughout East Texas.

Outside of work, Kelley is passionate about serving her community through nonprofit organizations and as a member of the City of Athens Planning and Zoning Commission. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her beloved pets, while continuing to live out her belief that true success is measured by the positive impact we make in the lives of others.

Office Administrator

As the Office Administrator at Craig Solutions, Todd Roberts helps keep the organization operating efficiently while supporting both clients and staff with professionalism and attention to detail. His diverse background in technical writing, curriculum development, business operations, and corporate training allows him to bring practical solutions to a wide range of administrative and operational needs.

Before joining Craig Solutions, Todd spent eight years in the oil and gas industry developing training programs and educating employees in well control principles and operational best practices. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Arts in Teaching, combining a strong educational foundation with extensive real-world training experience.

Todd has built his career around effective communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. His ability to simplify complex information, streamline processes, and provide exceptional support makes him an important part of the Craig Solutions team.

Known for his adaptability, organization, and commitment to excellence, Todd enjoys helping clients and colleagues succeed by ensuring every project is handled with accuracy, efficiency, and care.
